Sound driver issue was solved along but now I'm stuck with RAID and graphic drivers. For graphic, its driver were never install to begin with and it used vgasave which will not render some games and even apps/movies.  · Download Now CHANGE VGASAVE DRIVER. It went to the VGASave driver. Is this a problem with my video card - I understand it is old - or is this some other type of problem in my system? I never even knew my system had a VGASave Driver in it. I have attempted to update to the latest Nvidia driver twice, and nothing changes. It still defaults to VGASave. You go down to Network and click it so it opens and then download the Broadcom driver, REXE, to your desktop. Click it and install it. No chipset driver is listed there, so none is needed. Windows supplies the chipset driver. Then you do the same with the Intel Video driver, REXE. Click and install. I have made sure to install all of the proper drivers. I've tried the chipset drivers from the dell website, and the chipset driver directly from Intel. Neither worked.
